I’m passionate about diversity and helping everyone shine and so I created my business back in 2017 with the mission to:

Empower people to unleash their brilliance

and create a brighter future

 

I have worked in the FMCG industry for over 20 years, with 12+ years at Mars. I specialise in working with organisations in or connected to the FMCG, CPG & Retail environment.

I am EMCC qualified with 1500+ hours coaching and I work with some of the worlds leading organisations. I coach/train/speak all over the globe, both online and in-person.

And I am a proud Mum to two capable, funny and brave girls – my hope is that they will grow into women who feel courageous enough to create the life they really want and where their talents and passions shine through!
